NAKATA Manufacturing Co. offers various technical services with “quick and accurate” response to customer requests, customer satisfaction being our top priority. We provide on-site guidance, as instructions for general equipment installation, operation training for operators, advice for product quality and productivity improvement etc. Please feel free to consult us for mill equipment built by other companies as well.
We provide instructions for general equipment installation from the entry section, the mill, the cut off and to the finishing section, including control system installation and trial runs.
Knowing how to operate the machines alone is insufficient for producing high quality pipes. NAKATA offers instructions at customer’s site for techniques, needed for production, such as forming and welding conditions etc.
Quality control
We give technical instructions at the production site. Based on product specifications, we can help setting production quality standard, selecting measurement devices, deciding inspection measurement method details, finding defects, and improving quality. NAKATA has acquired ISO9001: 2015 certification.

We invite domestic and international customers to our FF forum that we hold regularly. The forum provides a platform for the exchange of technical viewpoints, and introduces the latest trends and technical development results.
Technical services for our machines include remote maintenance over the internet.
We are open to consultations regarding roll forming machines built by other companies, and help to deal with any technical problems or frequent defects they may be facing. Our experienced technical staff will visit the site and propose solutions for any existing issues.
